Help and Advice

As part of our commitment to our horses and puppies, and their owners, we provide email, online and 24 hour telephone help and advice. We will also shortly offer online and email help and advice to subscribers. This will be on three levels:

Free subscription:

Registered users can log in and see the public sections, and can ask questions on the relevant areas of help and support. We will post replies as part of generalised help pages, but can give no commitment to any time scale for doing so or to individualised advice.

Paid subscription:

Paying subscribers can log in and see the public sections and the subsciber sections. We will reply to emailed questions as individual emails, or as new or revised advice website sections with emailed links to those sections.

Breeder subscription:

Breeders may purchase blocks of paid subscriptions for their puppy buyers. This is intended not to take over the responsibility to give support and advice, but to enable them to increase the scope of the support and advice they can provide and (effectively) the speed of response. We have been breeding and supporting puppies and their owners for 30 years, and there are few questions that we haven't reponded to in those years. We believe that breeders offering our system to their puppy buyers will be able to point to this in support of their own applications to join the Kennel Club Accredited Breeder scheme.

We cannot offer telephone advice or support to owners of horses or puppies not bought from us, as we would not be able to cope with the number of 3 a.m. calls!

The system will be up and running once the login system has been debugged.

Disclaimer

All advice has to be treated with caution, including ours. The wording of the inevitable disclaimer is:

"We will answer questions where we can by email or online posts. There are some questions we cannot answer. Any advice we give is general in nature, and based on our opinion of the significance of the information you provide to us in your question. You are responsible for deciding which aspects to accept or reject, and you are liable for the consequences of that decision. No liability is accepted by us for the outcomes or costs of you following your interpretation of such advice."
